We are getting manufacturing Delayed Release Pellets, Extended-Release Pellets, Modified Release Pellets & Sustained Release Pellets of various strengths practicing cGMP standards. Here are Three notable technologies at the forefront of advancing pharmaceutical pellet manufacturing:

1. Extrusion-Spheronization :

In this process, a wet mix is pushed through a sieve, creating cylindrical shapes that are turned into round pellets.

2. Fluid Bed Coating:
Manufacturers utilize fluid bed coating to apply a uniform layer to the pellets prepared by specific techniques like extrusion and spheronization, for precise drug delivery and enhanced stability.

3. Hot Melt Extrusion:

At high temperatures, hot melt extrusion plays a crucial role in melting and mixing substances like polymers and active pharmaceutical ingredients, contributing significantly to the production of pellets with enhanced solubility, bioavailability, and controlled release.
